Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using zee-commerce.com and reserving a build slot, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase any services.
Services
Zee-Commerce Studio provides custom Shopify website builds across three tiers: Starter, Growth, and Premium. Each tier has a defined scope, timeline, and deliverable set as described on the Services page. We operate on a limited-capacity model with a maximum of two active builds at any time.
Reservations & Payment
Build slots are reserved upon full payment. Slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and queued in order of payment. Pricing is subject to change based on tier availability. Early reservations lock the rate at the time of purchase.
Timeline Accuracy
Start and completion dates are calculated based on our current production queue and assume prompt completion of your intake form and timely submission of all required assets (logos, content, product images, etc.). Delays in providing materials or responding to project communications may push back your actual start date. You maintain precise timelines only when you are diligent about the onboarding process.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing all necessary content, assets, brand guidelines, and feedback within the agreed timelines. This includes logos, product images, copy, and any other materials required for the build. Failure to provide materials promptly may result in project delays.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment and project completion, you own the final website design and all custom assets created for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Zee-Commerce Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific build in question.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New York, New York.
